The Calf House’s main space is a 27 meter sq configurable studio, adjacent to this is a small functional kitchen with kettle, oven and hob. For recording sessions, there is also a 12 metre sq control room. On the other side of the building is a 24 meter sq workshop.
There is lots of parking outside the building.

£150 per day - hire of main space with back-line

This is specifically for bands looking to rehearse - the back-line includes a small
PA system, drum kit (you’ll need breakables), use of the piano, amps and microphones. 

£250 per day - recording session

This includes an engineer and use of all studio equipment.

£50 per hour - voice over recording

2 hours minimum.
